Utilities
Water, steam, compressed air and district energy plant — utility skids and distribution equipment supplied into operating sites.

Utility plant — water, steam, compressed-air and district-energy equipment — is usually delivered as skids and distribution packages into operating sites, where tie-in windows are short and the equipment must run reliably from the start. Factory acceptance at the vendor is where that reliability is set.
PSPP inspects utility skids and distribution equipment, witnessing pressure, functional and performance tests and verifying the fabrication and documentation records against the applicable codes and the client's specification before shipment.
Challenges
Skid completeness & function
Utility skids combine mechanical, piping and electrical scope that must be verified as a working assembly.
Pressure-boundary integrity
Steam, water and air equipment is pressure-tested to confirm the boundary before despatch.
Operating-site tie-in windows
Short tie-in windows mean a defect found on site has a heavy schedule cost.
Our Solutions
Skid inspection
Mechanical, piping and electrical inspection of utility skids as complete assemblies.
Pressure & functional testing
Witness of pressure and functional tests on utility equipment.
Documentation review
Fabrication and documentation record verification before shipment.
