Why PSPP
- Independent third party
- ISO 9001:2015
- Controlled register
Independence is not a value we hold. It is the thing you are buying.
Every other party standing around your equipment has a reason to want it signed off. We are the only one paid to tell you what is actually there.
We are defined by what we are not
The negative definition is the whole positioning. Each line removes a reason to shade a result.
We do not manufacture
No fabrication arm means no incentive to pass our own work — or a competitor’s.

We do not design

The register, in numbers
We keep a controlled ISO 9001 register of what we are allowed to sell — approved for delivery, under development, or deliverable only through an approved partner. It is unusual to publish, and it is the clearest evidence that a scope we accept is a scope we can actually staff.

The conflict of interest
Who benefits from the answer “it’s fine”?
Not a judgement on anyone’s integrity — simply where the commercial interest sits.
| Activity | Manufacturer | Designer | Vendor QC | EPC contractor | PSPPIndependent |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01Commercial stake in sign-off | |||||
| 02Paid to report what is actually there | |||||
| 03Independent of the outcome |
If a party is paid on shipment, “it’s fine” is the answer that pays them. We are the only one in the room paid to tell you otherwise.
Credentials, listed exactly as they stand
Our QMS is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas. Our inspection work is carried out in line with ISO/IEC 17020; we are not accredited to it and do not claim to be. If a company will overstate its own certificate on its own website, it is worth asking what it will do with a finding on your equipment.
