Services

PSPP evaluates supplier capability, quality systems, and manufacturing processes through structured technical audits. Assignments cover supplier and capability audits, process and quality-system audits, and project-specific compliance audits — giving procurement and engineering teams an objective basis for vendor decisions.

What an audit covers

  • Supplier capability assessment — plant, equipment, personnel competence and actual throughput against the scope you intend to place
  • Quality-system audit against ISO 9001:2015, including gap assessment where a supplier is working towards certification
  • Process audit of the specific manufacturing route your equipment will follow — welding, coating, machining, assembly, E&I
  • Traceability and records audit: material control, calibration control, personnel qualification, nonconformity handling
  • Project-specific compliance audit against your purchase order, specification and applicable codes

An audit produces a graded finding list with objective evidence against each item, not a pass/fail opinion. PSPP audits suppliers on your behalf; it is not a certification body and an audit report is not a certificate.

  • Supplier Capability Audit
  • Process Audit

  • Technical Audit
  • Manufacturing Capability Assessment

Methodology

Every audit follows a written plan agreed before the visit, so the findings are defensible afterwards:

  • Agree the audit scope, standard and acceptance criteria with you, then issue an audit plan to the supplier
  • Review the supplier’s quality manual, procedures, certifications and previous audit history in advance
  • Audit on site against the agreed checklist — capability, competence, equipment, traceability and records
  • Record objective evidence against every finding and classify each one by severity
  • Hold a closing meeting so the supplier acknowledges the findings before the report is issued
  • Issue the audit report with a corrective-action request, then verify closure of each finding
