Piping, valves and fittings are inspected from material receipt through fabrication and testing, because a line is only as sound as its weakest joint and a wrong material in service is a containment risk. PSPP covers line pipe, fittings, flanges, valves and spools against ASME B31, API and EN material standards.
Verification includes PMI and material-certificate review (EN 10204 3.1/3.2), welding and NDT witnessing, dimensional and marking checks, and pressure or leak testing of valves and assembled spools.
