Packaged process units and fired equipment are inspected as complete assemblies, where mechanical, piping, electrical and instrument scopes come together and completeness is as important as any single test. PSPP inspects furnaces, boilers, cooling towers and skid-mounted packages at the manufacturer against the applicable ASME, API and client codes.
Inspection covers pressure-part and structural verification, package completeness and tag checks, functional and performance test witnessing, and review of the integrated documentation dossier before release for shipment.
