Pressure vessel inspection confirms that vessels built to hold fluids under pressure are made from the right material, welded to a qualified procedure and proven leak-tight before they ship. PSPP inspects reactors, drums, columns, heat exchangers and storage tanks at the fabricator against ASME VIII, EN 13445/PED and the client's specification.

Verification covers material traceability and PMI, weld-procedure and NDT review, heat-treatment records, dimensional checks and witnessing of the hydrostatic or pneumatic test, with the manufacturing data book reconciled before release.
